3PLEX GROUP’s core team consists of experienced and highly specialised professionals with vast knowledge in the aviation industry, particularly in airworthiness, maintenance, compliance monitoring, quality and safety management, boosting international experience from dynamic working environments. The team is highly motivated and performance-driven.

Managing Director of 3PLEX GROUP Limited, Ing. Cremona completed his Bachelor of Engineering and Masters of Engineering Sciences at University of Malta before entering as an Engineer with the national airline Air Malta in 2007. After spending some years as part of the team of the national airline, Ing. Cremona went on seeking other positions within the commercial and business jets community always holding managerial position Ing. Cremona is an Aviation Technical Consultant with more than a decade of successful experience in aircraft importations, certifications and asset management. He specialises in airworthiness and maintenance and regularly attends training sessions and seminars on Airworthiness and Certification Standards. He is currently working on various projects in order to ensure that the group delivers a one stop shop for aviation engineering requirements.

Mr. Borg Costanzi joined the national airline Air Malta as a Trainee Ground Engineer in October 1979. After spending 30 years as part of the team of the national airline, in the Aircraft Maintenance Department,  Mr. Borg Costanzi went on to a senior Management position within Lufthansa Technik Malta for a further 12 years. Mr. Borg Costanzi’s experience includes Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, Re-possession of aircraft, aircraft hand-backs and many more. Mr. Borg Costanzi was also the first ARC Inspector approved by Transport Malta. Whilst with Lufthansa Technik Malta Mr. Borg Costanzi held several positions and during the last 10 years he had the role of Head of Production and formed part of the Senior Management Team. Mr. Borg Costanzi has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of 3PLEX GROUP and is currently working closely with Ing. Ryan Cremona and the rest of the team to ensure the continued success of the Group.

Sandra Zammit Giordano leads the Human Resources function across the 3Plex Group, serving as the primary point of contact for all employee-related matters. She is responsible for fostering positive employee relations, addressing workplace challenges, and supporting the development of a professional and collaborative working environment. She is focused on aligning Human Resources initiatives with the organisation’s strategic objectives, ensuring that policies and practices support both operational effectiveness and employee engagement. Working closely with management and staff, Ms. Zammit Giordano contributes to maintaining a structured and supportive workplace culture that promotes professionalism, communication, and organisational success.

Ing. Agius serves as Deputy Training Manager, supporting the Part-147 Approved Training Organization at 3PLEX Aero (dba Aviation Maintenance Academy). He assists in the organisation and delivery of Part-66 and related aviation training courses, while also supporting key administrative functions including client coordination, quotations, and certification. Having been part of 3PLEX Aero since its establishment in 2014, Ing. Agius brings over two decades of experience in compliance, safety, and aviation training. He contributes to ensuring that training programmes meet regulatory requirements while promoting safe, compliant, and consistent aviation operations.

Mr. Demirci serves as Safety Manager and Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager, overseeing Safety Management and Compliance Monitoring across the 3PLEX Group organisations, including Part-145, Part-CAMO and Part-147 activities. He is responsible for managing the Safety Management System (SMS), coordinating occurrence investigations, and supporting both internal and external audit activities.

With over 18 years of experience in aviation safety, airworthiness oversight, and regulatory compliance, Mr. Demirci contributes to ensuring that operations remain fully aligned with applicable aviation regulations while promoting continuous improvement in safety performance across the organisation.

Mr. Morland has over 35 years’ experience in Aviation, Airline and MRO Management with a broad spectrum of knowledge and skills in Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Technical and Maintenance Management. Mr. Morland has the ability to work within time and cost constraints to fulfil both the company’s and customer’s requirements. With a ‘can do’ approach he always looks for the best and the most practical solution, often out of the usual/normal directions, with the assets available.
