CAMO Aircraft Transition Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated CAMO Aircraft Transition Engineer to join our team and uphold our high standards of safety and compliance.
Position Summary
The successful candidate will be part of a team dedicated in managing aircraft transitions from phase-ins to phase-outs. The successful candidate will be as well integrated into the CAMO and ARC review processes, with a structured path toward becoming an ARS signatory. This role involves supporting a varied client base within a technically demanding but rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Review aircraft records, maintenance history, and configuration to ensure aircraft meets regulatory and airworthiness requirements.
• Prepare and validate technical documentation for entry into service.
• Support in conducting physical inspections and audits.
• Coordinate aircraft withdrawal from service.
• Audit and organize aircraft records for transfer or sale.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Execute customer-specific Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) requirements in alignment with 3PLEX GROUP standards.
• Support the preparation and submission of Airworthiness Recommendations, including Extensions, as well as aircraft Import and Export processes.
• Collaborate closely with customer CAMO departments to gather necessary documentation and data and assist in resolving any discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely issuance of ARC recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a Continuing Airworthiness environment.
• Holds a relevant aeronautical licence, degree or equivalent qualification.
• Has completed formal training in aeronautical disciplines.
• Previous experience working within a CAMO organisation, with exposure to multiple departmental functions.
• Demonstrates confidence in direct communication with customer representatives.
• Solid working knowledge of EASA regulations, including Part CAMO, Part 145, Part 21, and Part M.
• Proficient in MRO software systems such as OASES, AMOS, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience working within a CAMO environment supporting aircraft types such as A320, B737, and DHC-8-400.
• Previous experience in supporting Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) processes or similar regulatory compliance projects.
• Hands-on involvement in core CAMO functions including Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) reviews, Airworthiness Directive (AD) assessments, Service Bulletin (SB) evaluations, repair and modification reviews, covering both OEM and non-OEM Sources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
