Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructors
Aviation Maintenance Academy is an EASA approved Aircraft Maintenance Training Organisation based in Malta. Due to its continuing expansion, AMA is currently seeking to recruit more Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructors.
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for conducting and delivering training on approved aircraft maintenance courseware.
- Responsible to prepare training material, updating courseware, exams and assessments associated to theoretical and practical training on aircraft system(s).
- The instructor should be able to use a variety of instructional training aids in the classroom environment and online. This will include the use of multimedia presentations, aircraft components and virtual media aids.

- Strong communication skills with good English language proficiency, written & spoken
- Ability to teach aviation technical content with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Experience as Instructor would be an advantage.
- Skills in use of computer software programs in order to develop, revise and deliver training material and presentations.

- Have a valid category B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s licence endorsed with aircraft types, OR
- Have a valid category B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s licence endorsed with aircraft types, OR
- Have at least three years’ experience in Aircraft Maintenance Instruction in a Part-145 or Part-147 organisation and training on aircraft type at least to ATA 104 Level III.
- Possess acceptable level of English Language Proficiency (ability to read, write and speak in English).
